An air sampling kit is an essential tool for contractors that clean or repair air system. The great variety of air compressors demands that the air kit be highly versatile. Our Universal Air Sampling Kit allows a single person to pull a sample from any compressor (LP or HP) without help. In the business of field repairs and system checks, the cost of sampling and analysis is the least expensive item and our Universal Air Sampling Kit helps by making sampling simple and fast. Upon authorization we will mail the appropriate Air Sampling Kit to you. After sampling the system, you will return the entire kit to us. Routine analyses (CGA-D & E or USN Divers) are analyzed and reported within 24 hours of receipt. The report is sent via FAX and or Email. A hard copy is then mailed within three days. If a sample fails, we will tell you why and suggest corrective action.

An air sampling kit that can sample any air system at any pressure without knowing in advance what to expect at the job site.It must be safe, and contain a failsafe pressure relief mechanism that cannot be overridden. | 1. Distance, timing, logistics and customs considerations has made it necessary for some of our clients to maintain possession of the sampling kit. To meet this need we offer custom kits for sale.
The Analysis and Report
Our complete, easy to read report is sent by FAX and or E-mail. For CGA Grades D & E, this is 24 hours. The hard copy is also sent by mail. We are charter members of CAPT (Compressed Air Proficiency Testing). CAPT is the only independent organization in the U.S. that has a Testing program for air purity round robin testing of compressed air.
Costs Per Sample
The most common request is for CGA Grade-D, however we perform many types of purity checks. Contact us for other specifications. (See Specifications ). We operate on a credit card, or prepayment basis until an open account is established. Costs are based on our Universal Air Sampling kit which is the most useful capability for testing air systems that vary from job to job. If you are only sampling your in house systems, you may qualify for one of our more economical programs.
