We will mail an air sampling kit to you, and after sampling the system, you will return the kit to us.  We analyze most samples within 24 hours.  The report is Faxed and or emailed with a report being mailed there after.  If a sample fails, we will tell you why and offer suggestions.

  • Our sampling kits are designed to sample high pressure SCUBA filling systems as well as OCA (Oxygen Compatible Air) systems.
  • The kit is compact, lightweight and very rugged. It contains no glass, critical inlet orifices or replaceable discs to interfere with sampling contaminants.
  • Our filters are sub-micron depth filters, and they are contained in a clear rugged housing in order to allow instant examination without removing them. If you have a serious Oil Mist + Particulate problem, you will be able to recognize it and begin repairs immediately without waiting for a formal report.
  • We do an Oxygen Compatible Air check on each kit before they are sent out. All parts of the kit are seal to help protect against possible out side contamination.
  • The bulk air sample is obtained in our compact lightweight container which we call a canister. It is safe and meets DOT as well as IATA criteria for shipping on all aircraft.
  • Our sampling kits are very user friendly and come with simple color coded as well as numbered instructions.
  • We use a foam filled light weight shipping box to help keep your shipping costs low.
  • Under our quarterly or monthly program, you will send just the canister and filter back to us each month until the end of the contract year when the kit and last sample set will be returned to us for refurbishing.  We get many requests to purchase our kits, so we have developed several variations of our sampling kits that can be purchased.  (See also Sampling Kits for Sale.)

Saving a few dollars is not worth the gamble if you use a kit that is unlikely to find all the contaminants. The costs of the quarterly analysis for Diver's air (CGA Grade-E) is rather low, but shipping and VAT fees depend on the individual countries.
