U.S. Military
A Quick Summary
Our Universal Kit allows a single person to pull a sample from any compressor (LP, MP, and HP) without help. We analyze most samples in 24 hrs, and FAX the report the same day. We will never will tell you "insufficient sample, order a new kit and resample". If there is a failure, we will tell you what caused it, offer suggestions on how to fix it, and send you another kit. The repeat analysis is FREE*. See also Why Navy Divers Use Us.
A Universal Sampling Kit: No other sampling kit in the U.S. can match its capabilities
1. Our patented Universal Air Sampling Kit can sample at nearly any flow rate and pressure; LP or HP air anywhere in the world. 2. It has built-in failsafe features that prevent injury at sudden high pressures. 3. A patented feature lets you control the air flow without standing next to the console despite pressure swings as the compressor cycles. This is especially important aboard dive boats with smaller compressors or when sampling directly off a port that does not have a convenient flow control. 4) It can be used in conjunction with our 10 place Drager tube holder for on-site analysis. 5) Our sampling kits contain a variety of adapters to fit a variety of situations. 6) The kit is simple to use; it comes with colored photographs and instructions that require no training.
Laboratory Analysis & Experience
A good sampling kit without proper laboratory support limits the usefulness of the kit. We have a complete laboratory backed up with analytical protocols and an effective QA program. Most analyses we perform are for U.S. Navy Diver’s air and CGA Grade-E diver's air specifications. In addition to routine testing of breathing air systems for clients like SEAL Teams, Naval Shipyards, and Special Forces, we also check high tech programs for Deep Submergence Vehicles, and Saturation Diving Platforms. Our experience is unmatched; see about us.
Fast Response and Cost Effective
Our report is uncluttered, easy to read, and contains everything you need to know. We understand that a false failure is almost as bad as not discovering a true failure. We always re-analyze any samples that fail, tell you what the cause was, and suggest corrective action. We re-analyze most divers’ air specifications in 24 hours at no additional cost. Results are sent by FAX and or E-mail then mailed. (Failures are reported immediately).
- The repeat analysis for a failure is FREE. All you pay for is the shipping. (This offer does not include dew point tests).
